You keep your sales accounts and approve access. Square connects directly. For Clover and other systems, we check compatibility and what information is available before you join. We do not promise that every system or industry can connect.
Hardware, provider and payment-processing fees, and checkout-system subscription fees are separate. Extensive inventory entry, complicated migrations, new integrations, new app functions, custom work, and extra onsite work are separate too. We agree on scope and a quote before that work begins.
Dedicated Consulting
Membership includes consulting and follow-up connected to your ongoing analysis and monthly review, but it is not unlimited consulting. Dedicated help with major purchases, operational changes, or complex projects may require a separate agreed scope and quote.
Free Local Audits
We are based in Depoe Bay and occasionally offer local operational audits in locations we can serve. These are separate from the free business review and depend on location and availability.

What does the $225/month membership include?
Ongoing analysis, a monthly professional review, human-reviewed membership recommendations, practical consulting, and follow-up. We help you choose what to do first. The Owner and Staff apps, basic Square setup, and basic Clover setup help where compatible are included.
Does the AI just tell me what to do?
A real person reviews your business information and talks through your membership recommendations with you. AI helps with analysis. The app can also give automatic answers, but those are not individually reviewed by a person and do not replace your monthly review.
What if I need help setting up my checkout system?
Basic getting-started setup for Square is included when needed. Basic Clover help depends on compatibility and available information. Hardware and provider fees, major inventory data entry, extensive migrations, and custom setups are discussed separately.
Who can book extra dedicated consulting?
Active members can ask about dedicated remote consulting or onsite work beyond membership follow-up. We agree on the project scope, availability, and quote before extra work begins.
Are the local audits guaranteed?
No. A local operational audit is separate from the free business review. Submitting an inquiry starts a conversation; we confirm the location and our availability, and it does not promise a visit.
